A hotfix for the OSX version of Nexus 2.2.1 has just been released. If you have any trouble with Nexus since the latest update, please re-download and re-install Nexus 2.2.1.
To download the update, click the download button in the email containing the Nexus2 activation code.
Also, don't forget to update the eLC since the latest version is required by Nexus 2.2.1: http://www.elicenser.net/
